I was surprised by this pale ale. It is full bodied with all the presence of an IPA.
The appearance is a golden hue with a half finger head and minimal lacing.
The smell was vey inviting. Fruity and flowery with very slight citrus notes, almost too slight to comment.
Ruby red grapefruit in taste but more on the sweet side. Forward in any hoppiness that ends with a fruity palate.
Mouthfeel Is heavy and stays with you in a good way. Coats he tongue with a velvety comfort.
This beer was a nice surprise and could be a nice session beer.
