On tap at Sheffield's Flagg Ranch. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a very small, head of white foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of bread crust, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with a mild bitterness.

 

 

On tap at the brewery, poured into a pint glass.

Appearance: Yellow/very light golden with very little head, and leaving minimal lacing.

Nose: Not much, slight bread.

Mouthfeel: Medium light, adequate carbonation.

Attack: Slight bread, slight grain; as in the nose, not a lot here.

Finish: Hop bitterness.

Overall: This is the rare exception of a not-much-here beer from a brewery that generally produces outstanding ales.
