Served on tap at the brewery in a pint shaker glass, with a lime slice.
Look: Clear, light gold, bubbles rising. A small white head with OK retention and ample finely-bubbled lacing.
Nose: Nice malt, slightly sweet, and the lime fragrance adds nicely.
Attack: Follows the nose perfectly.
Finish: Just enough bitterness to balance the slight sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Light — appropriate to style; perfect carbonation.
Overall: For the second half of the beer I squeezed in the lime juice, which made the beer even more refreshing. This is the near-perfect hot summer day thirst quencher. Nice job, Wind River! And cheers to the memory of your friend!
