draft at the brewpub before a little snowy backpacking attempt in the Titcomb area of the Wind River range...
a: served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazed honey amber in color, off white head with decent retention and light lace
m: carbed low to moderate, light-medium body, could use a little more life here
s: loaded with nutmeg on the nose, almost minty, with toasted clean grains back, some residual sugars, really a nutmeg bomb but the malt comes out well
t: again, tons of nutmeg spice, by far the dominant feature, toasty breads and malt, some moderate sweetness, dries well with lingering nutmeg and grassy hops, mild bitter
o: a nutmeg bomb but interesting, i like nutmeg, the malt does just enough, not sure of style
