A- It pours black with a tiny head of foam with very little lacing.
S- I get some notes of Brett but the Barrel aging from the mix of 10lb Brown and Blackout Stout is stronger.
T- Same goes for the taste. Big barrel flavour followed by some Brett, some toasted malt and a mild sweet note or 2.
M- Close to no carbonation, the body is medium, not at all a good mouthfeel.
O- The carbonation, or lack thereof, really hurts or I’d say the Brett could develop over time with some cellaring. Still, hardly a drain pour.
