A Belgian-style pale ale made with apricots, and a soft malt flavor with a moderately tart, dry finish, 7.0% ABV 16 IBU.

It pours a clear gold, small head of foam.
The smell is strong from the Belgian yeast and gives off aromas of cloves and other spices. And yeah, apricots. They impart some mild tartness.
The taste is true to the smell. Distinct Belgian yeast flavours mixed with the light tartness that the locally grown apricots bring to the beer. Refreshing but you gotta watch that 6.8% abv.
Good mouthfeel.
This is the second batch that Ty brewed and it is a much tastier one.
