Pours a clear copper with a small but stubborn head of foam.
Smell is of cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Just like the description of it on the beer menu.
The taste is a super festive surprise. ..kind of. I figured the flavours would clash some but they do not. Besides the well integrated spices, there's a calming sweet malty backbone that keeps things on the right level and. ..the 10% abv is VERY well hidden.
Ha. Ty, the brewer, just stopped by and asked for my opinion on his 2 new beers he has on. I told him, keep on keeping on!
