This is their 10 year anniversary beer aged in Wyoming Whiskey Barrels for a year.
Pours a clear red with a substantial head of foam considering the highish abv. Superb lacing.
Smells of whisky, some grain, caramel malt. ..pretty dominated by the Whiskey and *that* offers up more than a hint of tartness and vanilla.
Taste? Whiskey up front with the accompanying tartness, fruity, vanilla, more of that juicy tartness.
Medium body with medium light carbonation.
This is a brew worth waiting a year for!
