Clear light gold colour, small head of foam, leaving some lacing behind.
Smells sweet from the honey, some grain, light on the bitter.
Grain and light bitterness starting off, moves to tasty honey sweetness aboot mid palate. Finishes with the strongest presence of honey. Good mouthfeel and quite the drinkable brew.
This is the last beer that my good buddy and brewer, Ty, brewed for the Wyoming State Brewing Company. He is moving on to bigger and better things.
