Got this through a beer club and I think the package delivery process might have been a bit rough,
Initially pours reddish brown color with a run away head that with time subsides with a lot of lacing.
Smells of toasted sweet malt, hops, caramel and spice with a lightly bitter finish.
Medium light body with moderate carbonation. Watey mouthfeel.
This is an ok beer for having more than one, watching a ball game

12 FL OZ bottle
Served in a can glass
I tried to decant. The liquid all immediately turned to foam. A 2-3 ounce pour ended up as 2/3 of a glass of head. After several minutes a few inches of amber liquid coalesced at the bottom of the glass. It has a slight haze. After 10-20 minutes I mange to get a half a glass of beer. The foam is lasting and pillowy. It looks like the tap of head they get on slow pour side pull handle taps that I have only seen in magazines. The head clings to the sides of the glass for dear life. It poured like nitro almost.
It has a malty and floral aroma. I get hints of caramel and toast along with citrus.
The taste is toffee, toast, and light citrus.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel thanks, in part, to the everlasting head on this beer.
I wouldn't necessarily call this an Irish red ale, but it is a tasty, Americanized version of one.

Maybe I have a bad bottle. Lots of sweet esters in the nose, taste and finish. Little or no malt character at all. Just wrong for the style.

12oz bottle, not dated. Orangey-red-brown amber, slightly muddy, with minimal head. Sweet apple juice aroma reminds me of homebrew. But the flavor is a little bit more interesting, with biscuity and toasty barley, and enough hops to make the whole thing somewhat balanced. Do I detect some Munich malt? This could go with a pretzel as well as it could corned beef. Better than I thought it would be.

This beer style is not typically my favorite however but of the beers i've had of this style this would be my favorite. Had nice mouth feel to it, decent suds, but the taste is what standed out. Taste seemed very well rounded, none of the pieces overwhelm the other they just work well together. I am not sure what typically goes into making an irish ale but they did this one right. Definately the best i've had so far.

It appears light red with a small off-white head.
It smells of nutty malt, caramel, grassy hops, and citrus.
It tastes of caramel, light toffee, grains. There is a bit of a grassy sweetness to the beer as well. The finish is comprised of a mild bitterness which nicely complements the sweetness of the beer. The beer has a nice balance to it.
The carbonation is moderate high.
The drinkability is pretty good this is not the most exciting beer but it is pretty easy to drink.
Overall, a solid beer that goes down smooth.

Poured into 10oz glass. Poured a slightly hazy orangeish-amber with a light, thin, just barely off-white head that dissipated very quickly and left no lacing.
Mostly a malty scent, not really sweet, with a touch of a hop tang on the finish. There is a bit more hop sharpness in the flavor, otherwise the taste is what the scent led you to expect. A very crisp and clean brew.
The body was typical for the style, full but still light, crisp without being overly sharp, slightly dry finish. Drinkability is very good, having several over the course of your day, or evening, would certainly be pleasureable.
