Thanks to Kraus for this one. 12oz bottle (no visible date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a very hazy (actual haze, not he modern murk) orange-amber color with over an inch of rocky head that had decent retention and light-moderate lacing.
Citrusy hop forward, with some pine, and solid but subdued malts in the nose. Very similar on the tongue; big hops and solid malts.
The body was solid without being full or heavy, mostly smooth (some hop bite0, and had a dry finish. Drinkability was good, an enjoyable quaffer for sure. Overall, not outstanding, but a very enjoyable "Classic" IPA. Surely worth shot if you see it.

12 FL. OZ. bottle
Served in a nonic pint glass
This beer pours a hazy amber hue. It is topped with a mountain of beige head that leaves rings of lacing as I consume. It is quite a sight.
The smell is fresh citrus paired with a solid malt backbone.
The taste is surprisingly juicy. Strong citrus notes. Mild maltiness and bitterness.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
This ain't a bad beer. I didn't expect much. It exceeded my expectations.

12oz of Dick's new Batch 202 Northwest IPA (6.0% ABV, 65 IBU). Gushes out of the bottle into my glass with an overcharge of white head. Bottle looks like it's got some sediment at the bottom. Beer itself is brilliant yellow gold. I thought NWIPA meant CDA aka American Black Ale? Nope, this is just a NW-style IPA loaded with tropical hop goodness. Aggressive hops on the tongue, pitch and pine.
