L- Deep amber, pours with a white head of a few MM that clears quickly to lacing. Lively ongoing rising CO2.
S- Not hugely distinct except for some pleasant toastiness.
T- Oh my....! From the colour I was expecting this to be quite rich, but sadly it's 'yet another vogueish hop-bomb'. There is some toastyness to it, but for me anything else is masked by the OTT bitter/dry hopping. The lable states 'fruity & malty', and I get the malty edge, but 'fruity'? I can detect no trace of that. [ps later and near end of glass... the palate does partially adjust to it, but there's no point me tasting any other news brews this evening, I rather doubt I could detect subtleties at this time].
F- Bitter/dry. It might be refreshing on a hot summer's day, but we're now 5 weeks into autumn...
O- It's out of balance for my tastes, the hopping dominates anything else. I shan't be buying this again
