Jan. 2018: 500 ml bottle, from Ales By Mail. ABV is 5%. Beautiful mahogany colour, moderate off-white head. Malty aroma, notes of moderately roast malts, Christmas pudding, chocolate, liquorice and raisins. Also hints of earthy English hops. The flavour is also malty but not very sweet, with the same elements as in the aroma. Moderate bittering hops. Good beer.
