On tap at Field Of Drafts held at The Hanger in Lancaster, CA.
Pours a hazy light orange with a foamy white head that settles a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, earth, and yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with earth and yeast flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an average beer that is not like a traditional hefeweizen whatsoever, but it's fairly decent for what it is.
