Apparently brewed by a local high school teacher who also owns Oceanside Ale Works. Very Clear Pale Amber to copper in color pitcher filled to top 64 oz. When poured into glass nice one finger thick tight head that laced to glass all the way down. Very little hop aroma but loads of malty aroma. Light on the carbonation made it very easy to drink!!Not too thin and not too viscous, nice overall palate. Extremely complex malt not bitter and not sweet as the malt complexity suggests. Finished clean and crisp. Very nice drinking beer. Have before a Wipeout or an IPA to notice the subtle
