The colour is gold with a tint of gold (7 EBC), the liquid is clear. The white two finger head sinks quickly leaving lots of lacing.
The smell is clean with some malt sweetness and a tender bitterness. Some vegetables.
The taste got distinct notes of boiled vegetables and cabbage. Hints of white pepper and band-aids. Some malt sweetness. Medium body. The aftertaste brings some dry bitter flavours and more of boiled corn and green peas. The finish is dry.
The carbonation is medium strong, the many bubbles are small. Semi-smooth liquid.
A beer ruined by the vegetable off-flavours.
