Notes: The true weiße, as opposed to their wild weiße. Typical hefeweizen appearance. Very good head retention and lacing. Aroma of grainy, wheaty malt with some phenolic weizen yeast character and a little bit of something that smells like wax. Odd. It's a very minor note though, so who cares? The flavor delivers sweetish wheat malt, honey, some plastic, clove, and a little bit of green banana but not much. A moderate bitterness balances it. Medium bodied and gently crisp. An average hefeweizen.
