I had a little look online to find out more information about the research brewery. Apparently founded in 1930 and with so much research zeal that the brewer at the time held more than 50 patents. This pale here is also quite special, as it is extremely smooth on the palate and also much fruitier than the average Bavarian pale. I find it nice and light and drinkable, I really did not want to have another one of these.
