Pours a crystal clear golden color with a medium sized, froth head.
Smells of wet straw, sun ripened wheat and a note of forest herbs, together with a lingering, light caramel peak.
Drinks utmost easy, very refreshing and well balanced, with a refined, well working effervescence.
Tastes of an aqueous softness, crackers, light toffee and a blend of sweeter caramel and dried wheat. Turns a bit more rustic then, with a profound grain profile, just as well as slightly dry hops, which get balanced by the malt backbone in this. Finishes with a lasting hop nuance and a complex, yet crisp, dough balanced softness.
A flawless Helles which offers a lot to like after the first glance.
