This beer pours a light golden yellow, clear, with a thin lacey head and minimal carbonation.
The bouquet is heavy on raspberries, although you do get a quaff of crystal malt and light hops on the back nose.
The taste is dominated by the fruit, but the combination of the fruit and the malt make for a pleasing aftertaste.
This is a decent light beer that has a light body and excellent mouthfeel. A good beer for putting out the gullet fire from mowing the lawn or a BBQ or the ladies. A bit too light for my palate, but a nice one none the less.
