Another offering from the brewpub, sampled there in Sep, 2001. This Dunkle Weiss, from the bottle, was a nice companion to a plate of Rostbratwurst mit Kraut! Copper colored, but clear, with a creamy, short-lasting head. Banana, clove, and a hint of roasty-ness in the nose. A medium/rough tongue and slightly thin body were drawbacks, though. Flavorful through-out, with the usual Bavarian suspects present. Zum Wohl!!
