A hop-aromatic beer with the most precious aromatic hops. In addition to the classic hop addition in the brewhouse, we also add hops in the lager cellar. This relatively modern process is called “hop tamping”. The advantage of this is that, unlike boiling in the brewhouse, it is not mainly bitter substances that are transferred into the beer, but also a variety of hop aromas. This makes the pilsner particularly aromatic.
