The head quickly disappeared on the nice opaque red-copper color. Citrus and wheat in the smell. Sweetness. The smell isn't really powerful though.
The taste is a great balance of red fruits and wheat, and I found it very original. The brewery claims it's a new beerstyle, but they don't put a name on it.
Hops are more noticeable than in other weizen or hefe weizen I had, but in a very fruity and sweet way, with almost no bitterness. It leaves a somewhat thick but still light and clean mouthfeel, and it's a real pleasure to drink this beer.
The fun label with the head of a cow made me think it might hide a bad beer, but it really is not the case. Very interesting.
