Sampled at the brewpub on 4/4/06. Comes out a hazy gold under a 1.5 finger white head with good retention and very nice lace. The nose is very mild, mostly of grain with a touch of bad watermelon. The mouth is well carbonated and fairly heavy, even sticky. The taste opens with sweetish fruit and grain, backed up by decent hops support. The sweetness overrides into the finish, where dry bitter emerges. A decent if not great brew.
