I'm not a very big fan of Wasatch brews in general. The 3.2% law definately cramps their style. Of course Park City is a pretty freakin cool place, and Wasatch is a great place to go in the evenings. But this beer, not constrained in style by the law, is awesome. I had it out of the hand pull this past January (03), which is a while ago, but I thought I should definately put it on here in case anybody else comes across it out there. It is right on the money for an Irish Stout, nice and dry, nice and hoppy, and the cask makes it down right irresistable. Very easy to drink a lot of.
