Pours a amber color, nice carbonation, nice creamy off-white head, nice sticky lacing throughout the drink. The nose is malty, yeasty, dark fruits, some spices, and slight caramel. The taste was sweet, and slightly tangy, nice clean finish. Medium body, well rounded brew. Very drinkable, not a bad dubbel considering what the liquor laws are like here in utah, would recommend.

Hazy reddish-brown with orange edges and a small, off-white head.
Smells of cloves, cinnamon, yeast, sweetish Belgian malts, and light floral hops.
Wheat malt up front. Cinnamon, cloves, spice, semi-sweet eggnog, yeast. Remains spicy/clovey into the finish. Faint wheat tang bitterness with light spruce. Not bad. Med-bodied. Slightly creamy/protein feel. Goes down very easily--a session-winter warmer!
