It was 94 degrees during my last visit to the SLC Squatters. A Hoppy Pilsner really sounded like it would hit the spot.
Poured in a .5L glass, the beer is light gold with good clarity and nice lacing.
It has grains and light citrus on the nose.
The taste is grainy with a nice jolt of perfume like hops. It is not hop heavy by any means and more like a decent regular pils.
The mouth is on the lighter side with good carbonation. Given Utahs ABV rule for drafts, this is pretty good.

My review won't be helpful but the glass of this on tap at the brewery had a bit of a buttery taste to it. Not overpowering, just slight but enough to ruin 3.25s across the board. I suspect possible tap line issue. I'll have again and re-evaluate.

Drinking one right now, tried it first time last night.
From Fresh Market Spanish Fork Ut.
Poured from a bottle into a basic(cheap) Pub glass.
Slightly cloudy, very pale straw color with small white head and fair lacing.
Simply put, for those who have had Squatters Provo Girl Pils, this is Provo Girl light. Not a bad thing, I like it.
Not as 'Hoppy' as the name would imply, but again, I like it.
BA guys. It is actually 'SQUASATCH.
ABV 4.0.

On tap at the SLC pub.
A clear light yellow with a thin white head that falls off to a ring leaving little lacing, this looks solid. The nose is decent. Not particularly hoppy , and not really having much of a lovely cracker and pilsner malt character, this is adv average lager. Very cleanly fermented, though. The palate opens crisp and flab with mild bitterness, some grassy hop flavors and a little grainy malt. A little thin and watery on the palate as well. Very, very clean. Decent.
