This beer is 6 years old, I fail to realize this when it went into my stash. Hopefully it taste ok and is not gone. Here it goes. A one finger head light tan/off white head with poor retention. The color of the beer is a murky medium copper color with some amber hues. The clarity of the beer is hazy with some carbonation bubble visible.
A herb note, grassy, toasted malt, caramel, yeast, slight citrus and floral.
A heavy herb, grassy tasty, with citrus, floral, yeast, caramel, toasted malt, bready, and earthy
The mouthfeel is light highly carbonated, and crisp
Overall this beer is still very much alive and fresh, although it is six years old. Heavy carbonation, heavy herb, and earthiness dominate the beer. A quite refreshing beer to drink. Some other flavors in the beer that I really can not describe. A decent offering from Squatters.

Thanks to thirdeye11 for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma is full of herbs with a little citrus. I get a lot of sage and juniper, as well as some grapefruit and lemon notes. The flavor is extremely dry and extremely herbaceous. I get a lot of sage and rosemary, wit a little bit of toffee malt and some lemons. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

A: A very pretty copper color. Nice carbonation with a quickly dissipating head.
S: The Aroma was very pleasant and floral, with a substantial amount of malt. I sniffed this beer a good many times before the first sip.
T: If I didn't know better I would guess this was Heather with a touch of citrus or Tea Tree. There is a bit of a herbal after taste that comes off minty or something.
M: Medium with a lot of carbonation.
D: It was a bit sweet and floral, but I have never disliked anything based off of those two elements alone. I enjoyed this beer and will happily drink the other one or two I picked up.

Poured from a 22 oz. bomber to a pair of pint glasses.
Appearance: Burnt copper/bronze with a large amount of carbonation and a thick white head.
Smell: Perfumy and peppery spicy, a little reminiscent of potpourri
Flavor: Sweet and savory taste. Didn't have a huge hop backbone to support the malt, but it didn't require one as badly because of the medium body. It had a distinct flower nectar taste which I am guessing comes from the manuka
MF: A little sweet and flowery for my taste, and I'm not even sure how to compare it to the style as this one is out there. Way to go Squatters though for getting outside the box!

22oz. Bomber
$5.00 Ea.
Pours a nice clean/clear golden color, nice carbonation, nice little fizzy off-white head, with some sticky lacing to follow. The nose is malty, with some cinnamon, manuka tips, nutmeg, and caramel. The taste is slightly sweet, malty, nice touch of spices, the manuka kinda brings out the cinnamon/nutmeg to another level, with some caramel. Medium body. Drinkable, a nice holiday brew.
