nice beer here, well made and well branded, been awhile since i had anything new from these guys, been a lot of the same old bag of tricks. this one is light and bright, definite summer beer, not fruited too heavily, which is good because the lime is the part that doesnt quite seem natural, not cheap or plastic but just a tad perfumy, right up front, but the lime element overall is well incorporated and it works, sort of a cocktail vibe to it, and the whole thing is really light, made refreshing by its dryness and by the way the salt makes it finish so quickly. i think the underlying lager is solid too, could be some corn in it, drinks clean and easy but not without a little bit of grain character coming through and i can also appreciate the lager yeast, mellow in the taste but doing a lot for the texture of this, its quite crisp. the lime brings subtle acidity which also adds to the refreshment factor, and the salt is pretty robust really, like its almost tangy on the palate, full of minerals, and has a real drying effect that makes me want another sip as soon as take one. good carbonation, slightly floral, juicy and summery, good recipe, this should sell super well for them while its hot out!

12oz can
Enjoy by 9.20.23
Poured into a willi becher glass at fridge temp
Pours clean and clear pale yellow with a 2 finger soapy white head that settles quickly. 3.75
Initially a strong freshly squeezed lime aroma, but fades away to let the lager sweet malts and grains shine though. 4
Salt and lime are perfectly balanced, offer a nice refreshing punch that leaves a bit of a salty, but not unpleasant aftertaste. Grains are lightly grassy and sweet. 4
Body is very light, crushable and effervescent. 3.75
Overall a great beer for summer and an excellent Cerveza style! 3.75
