Pale golden with an attractive pure white head that lasts a long time. Spritzy on the tongue. A very slight aroma of flowery hops.
Just a little lemony flavor. The slight toasty maltiness is quite pleasant, but about as good as it gets. It must be tempting to make a Kölsch-style beer, given the Utah 4.0% limit on tap beers. I have not tasted one that lives up to the promise. Still, it's quite clean and quaffable. An alternative to a light lager, but not much flavor.
From the 12 oz bottle bought at Utah Brewers Cooperative brewery store in Salt Lake.
