Draft: Poured a clear pale yellow gose with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with light lemony notes is pleasant. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some lemony notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing beer with nice lemony flavours.

Dense hazy shiny dark straw color with no visible activity. Slightly foamy white 1-2 finger head, lasting around 2 minutes, with poor legs. Flavors of sweet grains dominant wheat, cabbage, cranberries, and floral hops. Slick full body with high crispy carbonation. Light to medium strength finish, sour tart feel with a bit of straw. Vegetal, salty and flowery with a hint of wood and cheese. Real good freshness. One of my favorite Gose with a much more refined taste than usual. Very well balanced and deep complexion. Overall excellent quality craft.

Bottled 600ml. Beer in a slightly clouded dress, blonde with a small ephemeral white foam leaving a small ring around the glass, no lacing. On the nose, sour cereals, lemony, mineral, sea salt. Taste is wheat, lactic bacteria, lemon. It is a well salted gose, sour sea in a glass! Quite refreshing, light body!

On tap at the local.
Incredibly clear appearance with a light auburn hue. Initially a strong white head that quickly fades to a ring around the glass with almost zero lacing. Strong lemon nose and flavour with minimal salt. Nice clean finish. Really enjoyable and refreshing.

Very low salt, which I like. Fairly tart with a very light body- refreshing. Floral, fruity scent with flavours of honey, berry and grape.
