Bottle: Poured a reddish color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of oak, cherry with some nice vinous notes is quite enticing. Taste is a well-balanced mix of vinous notes with oak and tart cherry notes. Brett notes with some tannin are also identifiable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Great balance and one of the best sour from this brewery.
