This single malt (Pearl) and single hop (Simcoe) sour beer pours a hazy light golden colour with a large snowy white head. The smell of lemon and hops is complimented by some yeasty funk, mildly sour with a good citrusy lemon taste and some hop flavour. Finishes dry.

600 ml bottle - pours misty straw yellow with a moderate frothy head. Aromas: pine, grapefruit over tropical fruit. Caries through into flavour with a pronounced green tea tannins on the back. Medium bodied - good length.
