pricy one, more farmhouse with a bit of acid. Pear, lemon, the brett range. Not great but not a drain pourer either particularly after gushing some.

Bottle: Poured a gushing deep amber ale with a large dirty white head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some vinous notes, some oak and light cherry with some herbal spices notes also noticeable. Taste is also a complex mix of oak, vinous notes, some tartness with an herbal and spiced finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. A truly complex sour with excellent balance.
