Pils Mistral 5% alc/vol Le Troy Du Diable, Shawinigan QC. This Czech style Pilsner come in a 600ml bottle and pours hazy well carbonated, wheat beer like colour with a large snowwhite creamy head. There is a mild aroma of malt, honey and bread, the taste is floral with some noble hop spiciness, white grapes and honey dew melon. Finishes crisp with lasting hop bitterness.
