The sixth opus of the Carte Blanche Series is a mahogany beer with a sweet nose of caramel and hop casseroles. Its mouth has a plump body, set on a bed of caramel malt and behind which hides a fruity taste taking on the appearance of candied oranges and pineapple. The finish is a bitter ruse, a veritable ambush that tests the neophyte in his ability to adapt.

This not an IPA, but a scotch ale with malty flavors. I don't know why the brewery wanted to confuse people by suggesting that it could be an IPA. But still a nice beer.
