Beer is light brown, a bit toffee coloured. No head, just a ring of white foam.
Bready malt in the nose, some wheat. Pretty mild.
Taste consists of wheat, bready malt, some light spices- coriander. Very light fruit flavours. Not a lot happening overall. Everything is pretty mild.
Highly carbonated- way too much. Medium bodied.
Overall, disappointing. Was excited to try more from this brewery but this one didn't do it for me.

On tap at ChurchKey yesterday.
The beer pours a brownish orange amber color with good head retention and lacing. I get very little on the nose, just some light citrus and light brown sugar. The flavor profile replicates the nose, with some light vanilla, and a bit more honey and malty sweetness. Like the Grivoise however, once again some moderate hoppy bittness pushes the malty sweetness aside, leading to a fairly dry finish. On the other hand, the mouthfeel is a bit better in this beer, with something of a soft, creaminess that I like. The finish is fairly long as well, and drinkability is OK. Really, this beer is very similar to the Grivoise, and I wouldn't really call that a good thing.
