From the brewer, "This beer, which has its origin in the old town of Bamberg, Germany, offers a yellow gold accents disorders, wearing a persistent foam that clings relentlessly to the glass. Side olfactory emanations accompanying smoked ham tart fruit flavors. The nose and mouth, free notes of pears on the bottom of ripe bananas entangled esters pepper and cloves. This beer is very effervescent, the waltz is expertly smoked and fruity, both coveting, in turn, the title of this tango Bavarian jumper."
Beer is yellow and slightly hazy. Forms a thin head of medium and small bubbles that leaves a little lacing on the glass. Carbonation is moderate.
Beer smells like bacon, salty, hickory smoked bacon. Interesting
The smoke character in this beer is nicely balance and not overpowering like some of these thing can be. Its light in body and almost salty, smokey sweet in the flavor. It finishes nicely and is highly drinkable. May be one of hte best rauchbiers I've ever had.
