Copper in colour with a good-sized beige head. Great retention- head goes nowhere.
Smell is very light, but nice. Light fruit scents, apple. Grassy. A bit of bread.
Bready malt flavours, some caramel. A bit fruit. Light hop flavours as well, a bit of citrus and some grass. Malt is the focus of the beer. Finish has a slightly toasted flavour. Balanced.
Medium bodied, low natural carbonation. Very smooth.
Overall, fairly simple but very pleasant and easy to drink.
