The colour is yellow orange; the liquid is somewhat cloudy. The low white foam sinks slowly down into a thin layer.
The smell is somewhat fruity with sour wheat-notes, some species and yeast.
The taste is fruity and sour with flavours of yeast, apricots, cherry stones, and some perfumed notes. The aftertaste is a bit sweet with an almost unnoticeable bitterness.
The carbonation is powerful with lots of medium-sized bubbles. Good for a Belgian pale ale.
