The color is similar to cranberry-orange juice but nearly clear. The modest head is light pink. It leaves plentiful spots and streaks on the glass.
Initial smell is of a black pepper hop. Second I get a touch of berry but the third smell is very dry like crushed bugs. In a word, complex.
Quite dry with a thinner body. There’s a touch of cranberry in the beginning. The hop is steady but not overwhelming. Definitely more IPA (west coast) than fruity. Relatively short aftertaste.
