From original brewery. Bartender at Pikkulintu discussed, the #1-#3, said they are base beer (“Dessert Storm”?) aged in bourbon barrels (Wild Turkey?). The #1 is 2 months aged, #2 6 months, and #3 10 months.
Pour is jet black with creamy tan head and some fairly large bubbles. The nose has notes of wood, a fair bit of berry sweetness and anise. Notes of whiskey, roasted malt, and a tinge of alcohol. The wood is a bit lighter in the taste, more sweet with strong berry and anise flavors, a root beer quality with light roast. Very smooth and creamy with a gentle carb and an easy to drink finish.
