On tap in the taproom. Medium brown color with a thin layer of beige head. Caramel malt aroma. Medium body. Caramel malt flavors with a kind of dry floral note on the finish. Good

Copper color with a thin head with short retention.
Predominant aroma of caramel malt and mild spicy hops.
Spicy flavor with notes of caramels, toasted malts, coconut, overripe peaches and a bit of oxidized oranges. Dry aftertaste with a medium clean bitterness.
Light body with low carbonation. Alcohol contributes to giving a Maibock taste.
Decent Maibock, spicy, very well balanced and easier to drink than average style. It gets better once it warms up. It matched perfectly to this winter day.

This is one brewery in my mind that is totally underated and so glad to see my fav bottleshop get in this aswell as there stout anyways staying onto this brew it pours a beautiful deep mahogany hue with nice carbonation that leaves a fast vanishing two finger head and sticky lacing everywhere, the aroma is definately a first for me in its extra strong aroma of sweet, sweet pure toffee, caramel, danish biscuts and freshly baked caramel eclairs so sweet and inviting,it has a nice sticky full mouthfeel to it with all those sweet aromas of toffee and sweet baked deserts coming through on taste, overall a beautiful brew that has its own unique flavour and would love to see more of this breweries brews in Australia.
