Dark mahogany red color. A lot of beige foam, average persistence.
In the smell the smoked is evident, something like a smoked scamorza (italian cheese), but it is a little too sweet.
In the taste some problem of sourness. Beside that, it is quite sweet, with honey hints.
In the aftertaste again some sourness. Anyway, malty notes, and smoked.
I don't know if the sourness is normal, or if it is a problem of the bottle.
