Poured a marvellous cloudy gold, but the head was thin and disappeared much too fast for a wheat beer. A sniff gives you a lovely noseful of yeast, with a subtle fruity bouquet underneath. The mouthfeel is all yeast - I wanted to start chewing. The taste was smooth, with lots of yeast above the typical fruitiness of a wheat. My wife loved it - I thought it was OK.
