Poured from a 500ml bottle into a straight pint glass.
Pours a dark brown/black colour with a decent off-white head.
Smells of roasted/burnt malts, with a hint of sweetness.
Taste reflects the smell, roasted malts, a fruity sweetness, and slight burnt bitter taste. Mid-full bodied.
Overall a lovely, quaffable local pint.
