Contract brewed for the Master Pub in Moscow. Comes out a cloudy pale gold under a two finger white head with excellent retention and beautiful lace work. The yeast in the nose is strong and distinct. The mouth is light and very prickly. The taste is weak but accurate for a Hefeweizen, with the yeast dominant. There's not much citrus or spice, but a fairly strong hops bitterness emerges in the finish, leaving a dry tickle at the back of the throat while the yeast fills the front. Pretty pleasant.
