not in love with this one, seems under flavored for what it is, just really light on the malt front, nothing to indicate at all what style of beer it is, and some off flavors and buttered crackery weirdness in the finish. its got very little of the sweet earthy malt that defines the style, and a little alcohol shows through too out of nowhere but out of place i think. caramel colored beer should have more weight and flavor than it does, seems almost watered down. i was really impressed with other beers from these guys, but this one just seemed like a miss. long finish, slightly tannic, sweet, just not really what i was expecting out of the style. definitely in need of some reworking i think,
