One word: Galaxy. With Citra and Centennial too, the main hop influence in our Never Stop DIPA is Galaxy, the hop that pours on the fruit (citrus, peach, tropical). Huge body supported by pilsner and wheat malts with flaked oats. Thick, foamy head, clear-ish yellow in appearance.

The yellow golden color is thickly hazy, fine white foam cap holds on shortly and spreads out quick. A little lacing is left over.
The aromatics are very impressive, with honey soaked oats and grainy wheat malted effects. The hops are sweet and tropical, banana and mango, citrus kick and even floral. Very nice.
The mouthfeel and texture is classic New England style, light and crispy from the wheat and super smooth and soft from the oats. Two of my favorite adjuncts in an IPA. Feel is lush, but lively. Dang.
The flavor rolls in with some excellent hop complexity, tangy and earthy citrus kick first then the crisp bite of the wheat gets smooth and grainy from the oats. There is a sweetness, tropical punch in the hops that is simply awesome. Subtle banana, mango, orange and very earthy lemon zest all hits you in waves on the palate.
Overall. Seriously impressive.
