We break the beans with a hammer and use 5lbs of the broken beans to make a 7-barrel batch of stout. The result is, at first taste, cold brew coffee. You could drink this at breakfast and feel good about yourself, feel good about life, feel good about going out into the world, or, just feel good. This is cold brew coffee with stout beer. There might not be a better marriage of flavors. Then add artisan caramel to that, and well, it changes things a bit!
